These terms are maintained by Voidmer and govern your use of the Voidmer website, AI modules, marketing packages, and consulting engagements. By using the service you agree to them.

Subscriptions

Self-serve AI modules are billed monthly and can be cancelled from your dashboard at any time. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first month.

Packages & consulting

Marketing packages and consulting engagements are governed by a separate order form or statement of work agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity, and to comply with the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
