What we collect
Account information you provide (name, work email, company), content you submit into our AI modules, and standard technical telemetry (IP address, browser, pages viewed) needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To deliver the services you requested, respond to inquiries, secure the platform, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not train shared models on customer content.
Retention
Prompts and outputs are retained for 30 days by default and then purged. Account records are kept for the duration of your subscription plus a short archival window.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@voidmer.com. EU/UK/California residents have additional statutory rights we honor on the same channel.
